Disclaimer: The Heads of HTA Agencies Group is a voluntary project made up of a number of European HTA bodies. Its members bear no financial responsibility to each other. The Secretariat is based at Zorginstituut Nederland (ZIN).

The Heads of HTA Agencies Group (HAG) only makes use of personal data you have provided whenever it needs these personal data in order to fulfil its statutory task.

Protection of personal data

All information you supply is treated with confidentiality. Personal data and address details are used only for the purpose for which you supplied them. We handle your personal data meticulously and in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

Privacy regulations

As interested party, you have a right to information about and insight into your data, and to be able to correct them. You can submit a complaint to the Heads of HTA Agencies Group (based at ZIN) if you feel we are failing to comply with the statutory provisions. TheHeads of HTA Agencies Group (based at ZIN) makes use of privacy regulations that elaborate upon statutory protection in relation to personal data.

To file a complaint

Are you not satisfied with the way the Heads of HTA Agencies Group (based at ZIN) has handled your question or problem? Then you can file a complaint about this with us.

If you wish to file a complaint you can do so via sending us a letter. Please mention in your letter:

• a clear description of the nature of your complaint;
• your name, address and telephone number;
• the date on which you send the letter.

GDPR access request

Anyone can submit an GDPR access request to the Heads of HTA Agencies Group (based at ZIN). You do not have to give a reason for this. The right of inspection is regulated in Article 15 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We request that you provide us with your address details so that we can reach you by letter.
